Lauren Sowa grew up in beautiful Landisville, Pennsylvania. She discovered dance at the age of two and a half (thanks mom!) and began acting a few years later, both in her community and professionally. Luckily, she had a thriving arts program in her school district and she took full advantage of all it had to offer. After graduating high school, Lauren moved to New York City to attend New York University's Tisch School of the Arts where she received her BFA in Drama. While at NYU, she trained in the Meisner technique with Vicki Hart, the Neo-Classical Shakespeare technique with Louis Scheeder, and studied Musical Theatre with John Ruocco. Since graduation Lauren has been working consistently, both on stage and in film. Lauren is currently living and working in New York City! Check out the News page for more information!
